Sawtelle Tiki Sports is operated by Sawdazzio, LLC.
What we collect
When you subscribe, we store your email address, confirmation and unsubscribe records, the teams or schedule updates you selected, and delivery and link-click activity associated with those emails. A mobile number is stored only after you choose to add and verify one.
One verified person across our products
A shared Sawdazzio, LLC contact system can link your verified email or mobile number to the same person across Sawtelle Tiki Sports, Sawtelle Tiki Events, and Health Pilot. It stores verified contact identity, product membership, interests, communication choices, and high-level engagement. Private event contents and Health Pilot history remain in their respective products and are not copied into this shared contact system.
Requested updates and promotional messages are separate
Subscribing to an NFL schedule asks us to send that requested schedule and related team updates. It does not enroll you in promotional email or text messages. Any future promotional choice will be separate, optional, and revocable. Promotional campaigns are currently disabled.
Your choices
Every requested schedule email includes an unsubscribe link. You may ask to review, correct, export, or delete your contact information and consent history by emailing sports@send.kensawtelle.com.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service and databases. Resend delivers email. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those services. We do not sell personal information.
